Evacuation Plans

Are you prepared? Being prepared ahead of time will make your household safer during a wildfire evacuation. Several communities have issued their own regional wildfire evacuation plans. These plans include maps of planned evacuation routes, public assembly points, Red Cross shelters, information about the various evacuation notifications, local media which will provide up-to-the-minute disaster information and what to do if you’re unable to evacuate from your home in an emergency.

To find out if your community has a comprehensive wildfire evacuation plan, call the Butte County Fire Safe Council at 530/877-0984 or visit your community’s fire station.

The communities below offer comprehensive evacuation plans to area residents. Download a printable PDF plan or map for your community by clicking the links below.

You should have a household plan in addition to your community’s evacuation plan. Store these plans in a safe, easily-accessible location and take them with you when you are notified to evacuate your home.
